Adding our 2 cents, what we personally believe is that in most cases where men feel they are suffering from gynecomastia, it is actually just fat.
Different people have different bodies and hence they all react differently and even the area of fat accumulation is different.
Example, in some cases fat accumulates in lower body, in some its mostly belly fat or love handles.
If you feel that you are on a lower fat percentage side where your chest should have looked fine but it is not, we recommend consulting a doctor.
Also, there are 2 different cases of gynecomastia – pseudogynecomastia and gynecomastia.
